ACCOMMODATION PROCEDURE
- A room is provided upon presentation of a valid ID document.
- Upon check-in, guests receive a master key from the administrator. Keys are issued only for registered occupants. The key is a magnetic card and serves as an access pass to the “BLUE mountain” hotel. Compensation is required in case of loss.
- The hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Check-out time – 11:00 AM; check-in from 2:00 PM.
- Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (winter season) and from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (summer season). If breakfast is included, a voucher will be issued by the administrator.
- Daily housekeeping is provided from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (trash removal, dishwashing, replenishment of toiletries and minibar), except when the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed or upon guest request. Towels must be placed on the bathroom floor for replacement.
- Full cleaning (bed linen change, towel replacement, wet cleaning, etc.) is provided on the 4th day of stay.
- A complimentary set (coffee, tea, water) is replenished once every 4 days or upon request. Drinking water dispensers are available on each floor.
- Minibar usage is subject to an additional charge.
- Bathrobes are available for rent at an additional cost.
- Valuables may be stored in the safe at reception.
- Please respect other guests. From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, reduce TV volume and avoid loud conversations.
- Please comply with fire safety regulations. In case of alarm activation, remain calm and evacuate according to the evacuation plan.
- When leaving the room, ensure water taps are closed and electrical appliances are turned off.
- Please take care of hotel property. Rooms are inspected upon check-out. Any damage or theft must be compensated according to administration rates.
- Visitors are allowed daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM upon registration at reception.
- Ski equipment must be stored in the designated area within the complex.
- Inform administration of any technical malfunctions or issues with electricity, heating, or water supply.
- Upon check-in, confirm your designated parking space with administration staff.
- Video surveillance is conducted throughout the complex (excluding bathrooms and guest rooms).
REFUSAL OF ACCOMMODATION / TERMINATION
- Accommodation ends upon expiration of the paid period.
- The administration reserves the right to refuse further stay in case of rule violations or late payment.
- Repeated violations causing damage or inconvenience may result in refusal of accommodation or eviction.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused accommodation.
PROHIBITED:
- Transferring room keys to third parties.
- Storing ski equipment in rooms.
- Keeping explosive, flammable, toxic substances, narcotics, mercury, or weapons.
- Using unauthorized electrical appliances.
- Moving furniture without permission.
- Smoking in rooms or common areas. A cleaning fee will apply. Repeated violations may result in eviction.
- Aggressive behavior or actions threatening safety.
- Using fireworks without administration approval.
- Removing towels or bathrobes from rooms.
